Vale Barqueiros has announced the agreement that makes it an official partner of TCR Europe 2019. As a result of this partnership, the wine brand already features on the windscreens of the 24 cars competing in the final rounds of the 2018 season.
According to a press release, the brand already has “a long tradition of supporting motor racing”, through its backing of Portuguese drivers such as Ni Amorim, Paulo Marques and César Campaniço. The wine brand has also been present at events such as the Dakar Rally and the European GT Championship.
“This initiative complements our strategy to raise the brand’s profile and enter new markets in Europe, following the success our wines have enjoyed in various European countries, particularly Belgium,” explains Miguel Faria, director of Sociedade Agrícola Herdade Vale de Barqueiros.
